| Kelli Jones’ (aka Kelli’s Corner) fine range of vegies has certainly proved popular with customers since Kelli joined our loyal band of stallholders at the Boyanup and Districts Farmers Market.
Kelli and her husband, Greg, have a property just outside of Manjimup and on this property they produce a plethora of fine vegetables, destined for Western Australia tables. Whilst their production is predominately devoted to the brassica family with commercial markets in mind, they also have set up another vegie garden producing a wide variety of vegetables, with the needs of market customers in mind. So, from their fertile and carefully tended garden, Kelli brings along Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Peas, Beans, Carrots, Zucchini, Capsicum, Cucumber, Tomato, Cherry Tomato, Sweet Potato, Beetroot, Egg Plant, Corn, Berries (in season), Spring Onions, Onions, Silverbeet, Watercress and Lettuce to sell at our market, much to the appreciation of our customers.
Apart from growing and selling fresher than fresh vegies, Kelli also has her work cut out being a mum and a wife. She also has a lot of knowledge about the produce she grows, and invites all to come and have a chat about ways to store and serve her crisp vegies |
