2009/2010

Annual Stallholders ___________________ $240.00 PA
(This is a saving of $60pa)


Entitlements 

  • Guaranteed stall at all 12 markets during the 2009/2010 season.
  • Market charter dictates that only 1 in 10 stalls can sell a certain type of product.  Should there be excess of a product annual stallholders have priority booking.
  • Free listing in “Market Matters” (Market Newsletter)
  • One producer profile in “Market Matters” including picture
  • Inclusion in Boyanup and Districts Farmers’ Market promotional campaign
  • Profile and promotional opportunities on market website
       *  Up to three photos of yourself, your product, your farm), 
       *  A description of your product(s)/history etc 
       *  Up-to-date contact details
       *  Any provisos, eg seasonal produce
       *  Recipe using your products
       *  Photo featured on Home Page in rotation with other annual members
       *  Link to your website

Conditions

  • Entitled to one vote at Committee meetings and AGM
  • Payment to be made in full prior first market attended
  • Copy of Public Liability and Product Liability (if applicable)  insurance to be provided with payment
  • Copy of current appropriate permits for people involved in food preparation to be provided with payment
  • Notify Market Manager only if you are UNABLE to attend a market and/or the products you are bringing to the market differ from those stated on your annual registration form
  • No refund should stallholder been unable to attend a market

Powered Stall ____________________$10 per stall per market
 
Casual Booking _____________________$25 per stall

Entitlements 

  • Inclusion in Boyanup and Districts Farmer’s Market promotional campaign, if market manager is notified of their intention to attend market by the Monday preceding the market
  • Profile and promotional opportunities on market website
      *  Contact details
      *  Products
      *  Provisos
      *  One photo on directory page

Conditions 

  • Payment to be made on or prior to each market day
  • Copy of Public Liability insurance to be provided with first payment where applicable
  • Copy of current appropriate permits for people involved in food preparation to be provided with payment
  • Notify Market Manager when you are able to attend via phone, email or forwarding stall-booking form


Powered Stall ____________________$10 per stall plus relevant booking fee


General Points to Note

1. If stallholders who are not on email or fax wish to receive copies of the communications from the market manager/publicity officer, they will need to pay an additional $1.00 per month to cover postage and handling fees.
2. Please ensure that products that are listed on your registration form are the only products that you will sell throughout the year.  If you add new or different products to your range, please notify the market manager prior to the market
